What to Expect for Your First Appointment.

We know that taking the first step can be daunting, which is why we focus on truly listening—before anything else.

Your first appointment is a confidential, relaxed conversation with Erwin Baird, MSN, PMHNP-BC. There’s no checklist, no rush, and no pressure to explain everything at once. Our priority is to hear your story in your own words, at your own pace. You decide what to share—this is your space, and we’re here to support you, not just “doctor” you. Your comfort, trust, and sense of safety come first.

Collaborative planning—whether you prefer therapy, medication, supplements, or lifestyle support, we tailor care with you, not for you

We believe healing starts with feeling seen, safe, and heard. This is your space. We’ll meet you wherever you are.

Our Approach

“The Puzzle Table”

Method

That’s why I started my own practice—I wanted to create a space where you’re never just a number or a time slot. Here, there are no rigid time limits or rushed conversations.

Think of your experience as putting together a puzzle. You bring your unique pieces—your history, your challenges, your hopes—and together, we take our time assembling the bigger picture. Each visit brings more clarity, and every piece of your story is respected and valued. There’s no hurry—just genuine trust, safety, and real support.
