Erwin Baird, MSN, PMHNP-BC

is the founder and psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner at Next Gen Psyche & Wellness, bringing over 20 years of medical and clinical experience. He holds nursing degrees from Far Eastern University and Purdue Global University and is board-certified and licensed in California.

Erwin’s approach is compassionate and integrative, combining traditional psychiatric medication management with functional medicine, lifestyle-based care, and advanced integrative testing.
