We are now accepting PMHNP students from California universities for individualized 1:1 preceptorship placements. Training includes customized learning modules, structured post-conference case discussions, and focused supervision in diagnostic formulation, medication management, and clinical documentation.

Mentorship for New Psychiatric NPs (6-Week Program)
We offer a 6-week customized mentorship program for new and early-career Psychiatric NPs preparing for outpatient, telehealth, or private practice roles. This includes weekly individualized mentorship, case formulation support, treatment algorithms, and guidance on workflow and professional development.

is the founder and psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner at Next Gen Psyche & Wellness, bringing over 20 years of medical and clinical experience. He holds nursing degrees from Far Eastern University and Purdue Global University and is board-certified and licensed in California.
